30-day return policy
In case you have the intention of returning something, you can send it
back to us within 30 days of it being shipped. All returned items must
be unused and sent back in it’s original packaging so they can be resolved.
Reach us on wastapp so we know you will be sending your order to us. Then, please send the order to the following adress:

As soon as it gets to our warehouse, the return will be processed.

Orders Processing
Orders placed on www.golongboardsurfshop.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-2 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your information.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are automatically calculated at the moment of checkout by UPS or FRENET. These amounts are determined based on the destination and the total weight of the products in your order.
